further on......

I know I havent been posting much, I guess I was just posting the same thing and seriously who just wants to read what I have been eating day after day (I don't want to so I can't expect other ppl to want to), after all you have the general idea of what to eat now........so I decided unless I break the pattern of posting what I am eating, unless I want to update I will only post my diet every so often with commentary, or if I break my diet and eat something I shouldnt...

Breakfast
White coffee (skim milk), 1 tsp brown sugar
(wasnt hungry decided not to forece myself to eat until I am today)

Morning Tea

Banana and yogurt

Lunch
(im gonna have a cheat meal today I think so maybe Ill buy a subway or somethin)

Afternoon tea
Chai Latte, 1tsp brown sugar

Dinner
hhhmmmm thinking out fish.....

Snack
cup chai latte, 1 tsp sugar,
